I know there is a stage to every knowledge, understanding their quest will help you find the balance The more you feed their quest, the more your succession is guaranteed. Empty yourself, it is the birthing of new leaders in your team. The height of leadership growth you want in your team is guaranteed by the number of members you are able to feed their quest. Look out for them, some may be wishing you can unlock their quest. Unlock their quest, unlock their potential and grow the team. MrB??

This weekend, my children spotted a gorgeous monarch ensnared in a spider’s web. It was still alive, and they carefully removed the monarch from the web and set it free. As leaders, we can sometimes feel like that monarch. We become caught in the webs of responsibility, challenges, and expectations. The weight of leadership can be isolating, and it’s easy to feel trapped in our own struggles. The truth is, even the strongest leaders need help from time to time. True leadership isn’t just about guiding others, it's also about recognizing when we ourselves need to ask for support.
