?? Refresher sessions always bring new perspectives! Yesterday, I attended an hour-long refresher session on Microsoft 365 Copilot training. It’s been a few months since I completed the Copilot Adoption Program, and I’ve been using Copilot almost daily ever since. For me, one major shift has been replacing Google searches with Copilot to get exactly what I need. But here’s the catch: the magic lies in crafting the right prompt. The refresher session emphasized this point beautifully and introduced a simple framework to help Copilot align its results with your intention. A great prompt includes these four key elements: 1?? Goal – What are you trying to achieve? 2?? Context – What’s the background or situation? 3?? Sources – Where should Copilot pull data from? 4?? Expectation – How should the result look or be delivered? Mastering the art of prompting isn’t just a skill; it’s a superpower for leveraging AI tools effectively. #MicrosoftCopilot #AI #Productivity #LifelongLearning
