Thank you to all those who joined our workshop on how to transform social #housing and empower communities??? It was a great opportunity to share our experience on social #innovation, citizen engagement, energy efficient #renovation and neighbourhood level regeneration alongside our sister projects ProLight Project and SUPER-i & SUPERSHINE projects, during the #EURegionsWeek events ? The common theme was the use of an integrated approach, as the neighbourhood has to adapt according to the needs of the residents ???????????? ??The Integrated Renovation Methodology that is developed as part of the #drOp project can be summarized in three main stages: - Development of a -common vision- for the future of the neighbourhood - Identification of social, economic, physical or digital -needs- - Prioritising actions through public -voting-??? ??Through its six demos, ProLight focuses on developing #energycommunities in different contexts throughout Europe, acting as urban incubators of technological, social, regulatory & market solutions ?? ??Last but not least, SUPERSHINE focuses on a community-led process of renovation for social housing districts, with a strong mission of contributing to the decrease of #energypoverty.
