??After almost two years of delivering my healthy and effective communication training to Financial Center stakeholders throughout my footprint, #AtheneGulfCoast, I was able to scale my vision across the Athene Enterprise. And, it doesn’t happen without the help of some amazing people!!???? In marketing, two of the industry’s best and their teams: Patti Hausherr Dan Tatulli So very proud and excited of what we all accomplished! Friday was the first time we delivered the Athene version within our Signature Series, titled “The Communication Edge” to a group of advisors. We were told it was the highlight of the conference. It is the accumulation of two years worth of presenting to producers and bankers with friend and partner, Jason Raitz at Speak with People. Listening, learning and improving each time. Athene’s co-branded presentation with SWP went live last week. It’s innovative and cutting edge, showing Financial Center stakeholders that communicating in a healthy and more effective way across multiple generations builds more trust which builds better relationships that leads to more business opportunities. I’m excited to deliver it well into 2025. It’s one of many reasons why Athene stands above our competitors as a true growth partner. It’s my goal to shape the culture of each of my partners with this initiative because we believe communication is the biggest obstacle facing financial professionals. With a high demand, I’m already scheduled to deliver a 15 minute version to over ten branches (and counting). ?? Thank you to all those who supported me and encouraged me over those two years. ??
