Today, I finally had the long-awaited 1:1 with the inspiring Karyl Iles at All Bar One New Street Station, and wow, we should of had one earlier! ?? From the moment we sat down, it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. Karyl has this incredible way of making you feel like you've known her for years. She’s genuine, warm, and her honesty is so refreshing. ?? We dove into her amazing career journey, and I walked away feeling incredibly motivated and inspired. Hearing her stories and learning how she’s navigated with such resilience and grace was a masterclass in itself. ?? She’s the kind of person who shows that success isn’t just about achievements but about the relationships and values you carry along the way. ?? As a member of management, I recognize that behind every great company, there must be a great team and we at Jack Jaffa & Associates are truly blessed with a great team. ?? And while the day-to-day gets busy, and we may forget to say thank you or show our appreciation on the daily??, throughout the year, we try to show our appreciation. That's not saying, of course, that these should replace the ongoing thank yous. Those should definitely happen, but it's also nice to do something more special to show your appreciation to your team. ?? Recently, that included a fun night out to Kick Axe Throwing. And honestly, what could be better than that for our kick axe team? ?? ? How important do you think it is to show your employees appreciation?
