This weekend marked my 10-year anniversary at Salesforce—officially part of the Koa Club! Reflecting on the past decade, I’m incredibly grateful for the lessons I’ve learned, the amazing people I’ve met, and the milestones I’ve achieved. While it’s impossible to thank everyone individually, you know who you are ?? While I have learned so much, I won't ramble but rather share some of the lessons I’ve learned during this journey: The Power of Relationships I’ve discovered the importance of valuing people and fostering relationships. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with colleagues who generously shared their knowledge, career journeys, and personal milestones. Each interaction has been a gift and a learning experience. The Importance of Advocacy Hard work matters, but it’s equally important to share and celebrate it. Early on, I kept my head down, focused solely on getting the job done. I’ve since realized the value of speaking up about my work, sharing my insights, and cheering on others as they find their voices. Be your own biggest advocate—and help others become theirs too! Investing in What Fuels You I’ve learned to dedicate my time and energy to projects, people, and challenges that inspire and fulfill me. Moving between teams and exploring different products and industries has been challenging at times, but it’s helped me grow as a colleague and as a person. Work takes up a big part of our lives, so it’s important work at a company that values its people and the time they dedicate. Salesforce has supported me through every chapter—big, small, and everything in between. Here’s to the next 10 years!

??Today, I’m thrilled to celebrate my 6-year work anniversary in the Salesforce ecosystem. ?? How about I share a quick roundup of 6 amazing things I’ve learned during this journey? Let’s begin… ? Empowering Business with Technology: Salesforce isn’t just a platform—it’s a game-changer for business strategy and operations. I’ve learned how to translate complex business needs into scalable, innovative solutions. ? The Art of Listening: Whether it’s users, stakeholders, or error logs, listening (and interpreting) has been half the battle indeed! ? Adaptability is Key: Every Salesforce release brings new features, and staying ahead means constantly learning. Also, it’s taught me to embrace the occasional “This update just changed my flow!” surprises and I’d love to hop and help troubleshoot right away! (Trailhead is my go-to sidekick) ? Data is Gold: I’ve seen firsthand the impact of clean, well-structured data—and the chaos that happens without it.Building Agents with Agentforce has been stupefying wondrous results to me. ? Team work: Behind every successful Salesforce implementation are the teams collaborating, strategizing, and making it all happen. Together we achieve so much more ! ? You Can Always Debug (Eventually): Whether it’s a data type error or a floating LWC component, persistence (and maybe coffee) always wins. Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey—my awesome Managers, mentors, Leadership, colleagues, and the incredible Salesforce Equality Group communities (especially our Salesforce’s #Faithforce with whom I try to give back to the community with love and compassionate volunteering), here’s to the next phase of learning, growing, and delivering more magic in the cloud! #Salesforce #WorkAnniversary #Trailblazer #6YearsAndCounting

Last March I had my work anniversary and today I received a candid present from Salesforce. Thought the best way to celebrate 3 years was to share 12 things I’ve learned at?#salesforce: 1) Vulnerability isn’t a weakness, it’s a superpower. 2) Don’t read the news, make the news. 3) Coach the why, not the how. 4) Choose to be respected more than liked. Both are nice. But respect is essential. 5) Nothing shines like knowing the business: Do your homework. Know your numbers. Get the details right. 6) Know why you stay. 7) Stand for growth - for the business, for yourself, and for the team. 8) Be bold and honest about your boundaries. 9) Build bridges. Not empires. 10) Manure is the best fertilizer. A flower literally has to go through sh!t to grow. 11) Relationships are currency. Invest in the future. 12) Lead with gratitude. Thank you to all my amazing friends who’ve made these 3 years so fun and more to come! #oneteam #trust #fun #continuoslearning #opentofeedback ??

On my 3 year Salesforce Anniversary, I feel incredibly grateful that I get to celebrate it along with the end of our fiscal year with all of my incredible colleagues at Salesforce! As I reflect on this past year, the number one word that comes to mind is Standards. Both the Standards we set for ourselves in life and how we actually go about living up to those Standards. On the path to achieving greatness and becoming the best version of ourselves; It’s not talked about enough about how important our environment/the people around us are for our success. It’s also not mentioned enough how important that it is that we have a very deep belief behind why we are doing what we do on a daily basis. At Salesforce; The product we get to deliver to customers is the Gold Standard for the entire world. It’s truly second to none and allows us to solve some of the biggest challenges organizations have. On top of that, The people we get to work with on a daily basis truly embody personal excellence both personally and professionally. They are amazing at their jobs and great in the way they show up for their families outside of work. I feel blessed everyday that I can come to work and say that. For those reasons, I will always be grateful for this year and every year to come; because this environment has truly brought out the best in me. #Salesforce #SalesforceTrailblazer #WorkAnniversary #SalesforceAnniversary

I've been thinking a lot about the effectiveness of Daily Reports or Weekly Recaps, and how useful they are/aren't to my reps and myself. Most of these recaps have numbers I can easily see in Salesforce or are things that were discussed during 1:1s throughout the week, so why ask for something redundant? Instead I've been thinking about how to get my team to REFLECT on their week and treat this as a JOURNALING exercise, where they can actually document the things they want to remember in the future. Things like: - What was the BEST thing that happened this week, and why? - How did you celebrate a win this week? - What was one thing you learned this week, and how will you apply it to next week? - Who deserves a shoutout this week? - What is something that happened this week that you wish happened less? - What challenge(s) left you stumped? I think every form of journaling and reflection should start with gratitude, but also include an area of growth and development. What else would you add to this list?
