The accreditation process appears surprisingly lenient, raising questions about its true intent. If the bar is set so low, can we honestly claim to be cultivating a community of world-class trainers? A current LevelUp? trainee just diagnosed the root cause of a significant problem in his plant, worked with the entire plant team to take action to fix the issue, and has since saved his plant thousands of $$$. And check this out: this isn't even his Plant BOOST project! This was a nagging issue that the plant was "working through" that, through the LevelUp training module on problem solving, he decided to finally take action. This is what the LevelUp training program does: it helps trainees understand who is on their team, opens up lines of communication, identifies performance gaps and issues, and empowers supervisors and managers to take action to improve where and how we work.
