When my first entered the Mass Communication program, I was passionate about creativity and design, immersing myself in the world of advertising. Overall the picture seems positive for the next generation of PR talent in the industry with the younger generation seeming to be quite content when it comes to working in the industry.?However the concern has to be the number of respondents reporting negative mental health. The key insights from the report (via Claude.ai) are: ? 68% of young PR pros plan to stay in the industry long-term ?
