Week 2 at AtliQ Technologies was a fantastic learning experience! Thanks to Dhaval Patel, Hemanand Vadivel and Codebasics team for the opportunity to work on the Wavecon Telecom Analysis project. Project Link: https://lnkd.in/gFjwTrhn Video/Audio Presentation : https://lnkd.in/gGPFfzxC Project Introduction: Wavecon Telecom, a leading telecommunications company, successfully launched its 5G network in June 2022, marking a significant technological advancement. This project aims to evaluate the effectiveness of this launch by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue, Average Revenue Per Users (ARPUs), Active Users, Unsubscribed Users and market share. By examining data from multiple cities, we aim to understand the overall performance and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities arising from the 5G rollout. Insights ??: 1. Overall Revenue Drop: Total revenue decreased slightly by -(0.50%) from 15,997 million to 15,897 million after the 5G launch. 2. Top Performing Cities: Lucknow 1.82%, Gurgaon 1.51%, Patna 1.48%, Raipur 1.15% showed positive revenue growth. 3. Cities with Revenue Decline: Delhi (-2.83%), Chennai (-2.59%), Ahmedabad (-2.02%), Hyderabad (-1.29%) experienced revenue decreases. 4. Active User Decline: Total Active Users (TAU) has dropped by (-8.28%) since the 5G launch. 5. Plan P7 (25 GB Combo 3G/4G Data Pack) has been severely impacted by the introduction of 5G technology. Revenue has decreased significantly by (-73.3%) 6. Significant Impact: Cities like Ahmedabad, Delhi, Raipur, Patna, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon have experienced the steepest decline in active users, exceeding 13%. Recommendation: Discontinuing Plan P7 (25 GB Combo 3G/4G) appears to be the most strategic decision. Achieving zero CAT A (Category A incident) incidents—a KPI that reflects unwavering focus on safety and employee well being. These achievements have been fueled by a commitment to resilience and a refusal to let overconfidence or resistance to change hinder progress. Once I was returning from Bhopal and there I met a person. We had a normal chit chat. But that random talk became the reason for my success. So this is how it started. During my last year of college, I decided to go for the government sector. I gave it my all, but then the pandemic came, and there were no job openings for a year. I worried about the gap in my resume and the tough competition for jobs. At that time, I met someone from NxtWave. He suggested to me to go through NxtWave’s demo session. Teaching tech skills from the basics, providing placement opportunities, I liked everything. Aug 2022: I joined NxtWave platform. From the very start, I was dedicated to this program and gave it my all. Along with the tech sessions, the team helped me to prepare for the interview questions. I just followed the NxtWave path and the result….. 29th April, 2024: I joined as an Associate Engineer with a great package. At first, I couldn’t believe I got the job. But I did it. Title: "Ma'am, Do You Ever Feel Lonely?" In the last month and a half, I traveled across various parts of India from Vadodara, Mangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Bhopal, Indore, Surat, and Varanasi. During my journey, I was asked one question by my students : "Ma'am, do you ever feel lonely? Without any hesitation, I answered, "Yes, many times." Then came the next question: "When are you getting married? I paused for a moment and replied, "In my opinion, even great people who have achieved a lot in life feel lonely at times." To me, loneliness has nothing to do with- whether you are married, or have a partner or surrounded by people. You could be traveling, working, or with friends, but that sense of isolation can still be there What I realized and want to share is that loneliness isn’t a permanent state. It’s absolutely normal to feel lonely at times especially for the students preparing for competitive exams like NEET/JEE/UPSC/CA and many more.. The key is to find ways to involve yourself in things you enjoy—whether it's having a long chat with a friend, talking to a random stranger, or doing something that lifts your mood. Tech hiring trends by GCCs are highly promising given the significant increase in hiring in technology roles. In the BFSI sector 60% of?total resources employed are engaged in tech roles. Number is higher in pure play tech #GCCs with 85% of 500,000 workforces in technical positions. Going by observations, GCCs in other sectors such as Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Energy and Retail hiring trends of tech talent is encouraging where 55% of 640,000 employees are in tech roles. GCCs are expanding their presences to Tier-II and Tier-III cities to tap into local talent pools. As per EY’s projection, a total of 2400 GCCs will be operational in India by 2030, with an average of 100 new facilities additions per year. Bhubaneswar, Ahmedabad, Mysuru, Vadodara, Nashik, Tirunelveli, Coimbatore are emerging as key hubs for GCCs expansion.

I have embraced challenges in my past and started anew by moving to different cities for my education and career growth. As this fraudulent #Mentors Patna had been generating buzz of late, doing round, I have too two testament to share. 1) The anecdotal: When I were in Bangalore took online test on recruitment, if allowed to take liberties on modesty for truth to surface on greater cause premise, topped with 80℅ marks. In September last year took offline test and topped yet again with 90℅ marks, Mr. Anand met me twice once at his centre in Boring road and the other time at gravity mall even blessed my child who was then back from The Doon School on vacations. Mr. Anand committed on getting me Academic Head as per his version which was looked over by an IITian who left. 2) AIR 1 2010 which he claims is another disinformation as not only 1 but 2,15,...all were taught by me when serving #Narayana at #Hyderabad Basirbagh campus, Sri devi castle back in 2019 under Krishna Kumar. I have my agreement papers with Krishna Kumar with advance payment for two months ( those were the days they use to pay advance ??, on a lighter note) and handwritten testimonials of #Jithendra reddy #IIT #AIR1 , 2, 15.... displayed for long to check veracity you have #www.shaakdidactics.com at your disposal. They are conducting recruitment process just for optics, harassing faculty, as in no capacity to pay even bare minimum compromised package. This #Scam of pulling wool over eyes of parents should be debated to save career of students. ??
