We rejected the candidate twice. Our biggest MISTAKE. ?? But why? She emailed their CV, but it did not fit well with our requirements. But the candidate was persistent and followed up on call ?? and email ?? for a meeting. We ended up meeting her, and VOILA!??she had all skills we wanted, So on point ??. The Lesson for us ?
