Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: The candidate should demonstrate exceptional strategic leadership abilities and act as an Institution Builder. The candidate should consistently strive for excellence, always seeking to elevate standards and improve outcomes with strong work ethics. Besides, a collaborations s a School leader, She/he has been involved in developing annual budgets ensuring acquisition and allocation of resources to support the school's vision and goals. Provide a progressive and safe learning environment that facilitates student learning and growth.Academic and pedagogic leadership: Provide academic, pedagogic and instructional leadership to Teachers. Ensure design and delivery of effective learning methodologies, practices and processes both inside and outside the classroom. Foster to holistic child development, fostering intellectual, mental, physical, emotional, and social growth to prepare students for life's challenges.Performance Management: Drive accountability in the school through periodic and consistent reviews and feedback mechanisms. Set high standards clear expectations and effectively communicate them. Facilitate performance appraisals (formal and informal) for teachers, staff, and students, orchestrating their successful achievements.Coaching and mentoring Teachers: Provide continuous coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance the quality of classroom instruction. To provide a balance of scaffolding and freedom to empower the teachers to bring out their best.Implementation of organizational initiatives: Creates buy-in with stakeholders (Teachers, Parents and Students) and provide leadership to implement some of key organizational initiatives within specified timeframes. Develop and maintain structures and systems for effective implementation, monitoring, and review of initiatives.Advocate of School's philosophy: Champion the school's philosophy among all stakeholders. Effectively communicate a compelling vision of the school to teachers, parents, students, and the community. Intervene in any deviations from the school's philosophy, vision, and values in areas such as instructional programs, extracurricular activities, program evaluation, discipline, systems, and processes. Foster appreciation for diversity and promote inclusivity within the school community.Global mindset: Ideally possess a global mindset and understands that preparing students for a globalized world goes beyond academic knowledge.
