Job Title: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location - Kalkaji, Delhi
Salary Bracket - ( 8LPA - 12LPA )
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will play a strategic role in leading and managing the Human Resources department to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a strong leader with extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, and compliance, combined with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term goals.
2. Partner with leadership to provide strategic input on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
3. Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire high-caliber talent.
Design and implement retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a competitive edge in the talent market.
4. Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Culture:
5. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
6. Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
7. Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and compliant manner.
Performance Management:
8. Maintain KRA and allocate appropriate kPIS , He/She should be aware of rules and regulations while hiring international staffings . Manage Attrition ,
( Should have experience in BFSI industry ) .
9. Ensure managers are equipped with tools and training to drive performance improvement and employee development.
Compliance & Policy Development:
10. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
11. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices that reflect organizational values and legal requirements.
12. Partner with finance and leadership teams to manage budgets and salary reviews.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Certifications: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certifications preferred.
Skills:
Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
