Vice President - HR

Looking for Manager – HR for our Parinaam Foundation (CSR Team) at Bangalore Job Summary The incumbent will be responsible for the entire employee life cycle management from hiring till exit process for the employees. Responsible for strategic and operational HR functions, including senior-level hiring, staffing, and on-boarding. Responsible for executing the Good hearts program for volunteers and interns. Coordinate with team for setting KRAs and scorecard for midyear and annual performance appraisals of employee. Plan and implement employee engagement activities. Perform Training needs analysis and ensure employees undergo necessary trainings. Address HR related grievances from employees of the assigned function. The role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, budget planning, and performance appraisals. Focuses on HR team development, policy implementation, and reducing attrition rates, while maintaining overall HR and administrative efficiency. Contribute in drafting new HR policies or update existing ones as and when required. Taking care of all the Admin & Infrastructure tasks of corporate office Business Recruitment planning and implementation of hiring plan. Work with various sources/portals and partners on finalizing and closing opening positions for Parinaam. Ensure all open positions in assigned functions are closed within defined TAT. Inductions planning, scheduling and performance feedback gathering for confirmation of probation period of employee. Number of employees on-boarded within the stipulated time frame. Timely collection of employee documents. Timely creation of employee id, email id, ESS id and timely handover of IT Assets and accesses in coordination with HR executive. Handling the Good hearts - Internships & Volunteering Process. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources domain.
