Urgent Hiring!!
Are you passionate about creating change in one of the most overlooked and challenging sectors of India?
At Neev Ki Eent Foundation (NKEF), an #IIM_Bangalore and #Teach_For_India incubated organization, we are working to transform the lives of brick kiln laborers in Sasaram, Rohtas, Bihar. Brick Kiln — a place often described as more #harrowing_than_a #Shamshan (cremation ground).
In a single 50-meter radius at these kilns, you encounter nearly every developmental issue imaginable:
* Children as young as 5 years working 8–10 hours daily in hazardous conditions.
* Violations of human, labor, and child rights.
* Lack of basic amenities, malnutrition, bonded labor, and rampant social injustices like child marriage.
Yet, amidst these unimaginable hardships, our girl leaders Swabhimaan Fellows walk into these kilns every day, determined to bring change where it’s needed the most. NKEF partners with the District Administration and government agencies to challenge the status quo, drive policy changes, and nurture leaders who are shaping the future at the grassroots.
We are currently hiring a Program Manager to join our core team. This is not just another job—it’s a chance to lead, inspire, and make an unparalleled impact in communities that desperately need hope and opportunity.
As a Program Manager, you will:
* Design and implement programs to empower brick kiln communities.
* Lead, mentor, and support #Swabhimaan_Fellows, our changemakers.
* Collaborate with government officials and partner organizations to drive systemic change.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs that uplift and empower marginalized communities.
If you’re ready to step into this challenging yet rewarding role, join us in shaping the future for those who need it most.
