?? Excited to share the completion of my one-month internship at Kaynes Technology! ?? During this internship, I gained a comprehensive introduction to the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry. I had the opportunity to explore various facets, from fundamental processes to advanced technologies and quality assurance practices. Throughout this experience, I learned about the core values and operational policies of an EMS Company and gained hands-on experience with several key processes, including NPD and R&D, ?Manufacturing, PCB & PCBA Management, Arduino Communication Protocols, Basics of Power Electronics, Inward & IQC and Stores Management. This exposure has provided me with a solid foundation in EMS, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute effectively to the industry. Research and Development, internships, industry exposure, and team projects are essential for refining an engineer's capabilities. At the beginning of the fourth semester, my AIC (Analog Integrated Circuits) course instructor, ?????? Hashim Raza Khan asked us to do internships and gain some practical exposure to how electronics is used in the real world. I innocently asked him "?? ???? ?????? ???????? ?????? ?????????????????? ??????????????????, ?????? ?????????? ?? ???? ???????????????? ?????? ?????? ????????????????????? :( .........." My batch-mate, Aliza Arshad, and I completed an 8-week internship at the NCL - NED (Neuro Computation Lab).
