Application Quality: Out of this 35%, about 20% messaged with thoughtful content and clear intent, reflecting genuine interest in the opportunity. 3. Profile Relevance: Among the resumes received, only 25% matched the MIS profile requirements, indicating a gap in aligning applications with job criteria. Feedback: If you are seriously searching for a job, take the initiative to share your resume with the recruiter through any available mode—be it message, WhatsApp, or email. Simply commenting "Interested" or sharing your mobile number will not help you secure a job. Proactivity and effort make a difference in getting noticed by recruiters.
