Great opportunity for School Teachers to enhance their knowledge and delivering the collaborative experience to the students. Corporates in Tamil Nadu have to come forward in getting Tamil Nadu based school teachers onboard such interactive programs for enriching the abilities of the teachers. School teachers are the backbone for enriching the talents from the students pool and encouraging them to take active role in the school education based innovation ecosystem. Participation of school teachers, especially from the rural segment, in the professional development programs offered by the government academic development resources, school management and nonprofit training service providers is limited at the present time. National Achievement Survey 2021 conducted by Ministry of Education reveals % of Tamil Nadu Teachers participated in the professional development programs. 3rd Standard - 43% 5th Standard - 46% 8th Standard - 43% 10th Standard - 44% Teachers, the powerhouse in elevating the aspirations of youth talents need to be encouraged in a great way. Prof Tarun Khanna of Harvard Business School (Science-based Entrepreneurship in India: A Policy Glass (as yet) Quarter-Ful published in India Policy Forum 2022, National Council of Applied Economic Research) wrote that Teachers at ATL schools are typically on low salaries with few opportunities and platforms for recognition. Non-financial incentives including more opportunities to travel, learn, and connect with a national and international community could motivate them. Steady learning progress for grades 2 and 3 students in #MadhyaPradesh! ? Swipe to know the top findings from the 2024 Annual Assessment Study conducted as part of #MissionAnkur (Government of Madhya Pradesh's flagship #FLN programme) to assess improvements in students' #foundationallearning competencies. It is encouraging to note that students in MP across both grades are on track to achieving the #NIPUNBharat?goals for foundational literacy and numeracy! As a part of this study, ~34K students from grade 2 and ~37K students from grade 3 were assessed for foundational skills in Hindi and Maths. ?? The total number of students enroled in grades 2 and 3 in Madhya Pradesh stand at 7.47 lakh and 8.43 lakh respectively (UDISE 2021-22).
