Born and brought up in the heart of the telecom sector, I have been immersed in this dynamic field since 2006. Growing up in Gwalior, with my education spanning Bina and Bhopal, I was shaped by values of hard work, discipline, and adaptability—qualities that have been central to my professional success. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with all major telecom players in India, tackling challenges head-on and contributing to impactful outcomes. Some of the milestones I’m proud of include: ? Addressing fuel pilferage and implementing measures to prevent losses. ? Successfully terminating fraudulent practices and blacklisting vendors involved in forging documents. ? Bringing discipline to execution and ensuring operational excellence, even amidst resistance to change. ? Achieving zero CAT A (Category A incident) incidents—a KPI that reflects unwavering focus on safety and employee well being. These achievements have been fueled by a commitment to resilience and a refusal to let overconfidence or resistance to change hinder progress. Rebuilding Career: My Journey so far Life has a way of testing us, and my career journey has been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride filled with ups and downs. Starting from a science background in school, I turned to studying history during my undergraduate years. My passion for health and wellness led me to immerse myself in this field, where I built a diverse career spanning over five years. I explored various roles and industries, each shaping me into the professional I am today. But I wanted more. I challenged myself by pursuing an MBA, a decision that redefined my journey. From being a student to leading the Student Council as President and contributing to my institute in multiple capacities, I pushed beyond my limits. Recently, I achieved a significant milestone—landing my dream role as a Product Manager, a step that felt monumental, especially coming from a non-technical background. Throughout this journey, I often felt the absence of a mentor. Yet, I found strength in myself, leaned on friendships, and sought guidance during my MBA at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Nagpur, which became a transformative phase in my life. Rebuilding a career at a later stage in life is never easy, but it’s also never too late. My journey continues with my recent transition to a new and exciting role. I had the incredible opportunity to work on a live HR project under the guidance of Prof. Ritu Gupta ma'am from Indian Institute of Management Raipur and Mr. Anil Santhapuri Sir from TVS Motors. This wasn’t just about solving real-world industry challenges—it was about learning to see those challenges through a new lens. Over the course of 20+ hours, Anil Sir not only groomed us for the future but also challenged us to think differently. Presenting our ideas to such seasoned professionals was an honour, and the insights we gained were invaluable. But what truly stood out was your deep dive into the Whole Person Paradigm. The idea of "Being, Doing, and Becoming Goals” resonated on a personal level.
