Happy Friday! I'm excited to share part six of The Accidental CEO - The Power of Connection. Connecting with people (and connecting people to each other) has become one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I didn’t realise just how valuable a strong network could be until relatively recently, but my natural curiosity and love for people made it second nature. And no, it doesn’t happen on the golf course - networking shouldn't be cringy, it's about genuine conversations and finding ways to help others. I hope you find this useful! Feedback welcomed. #networking #leadership #connections #careerjourney #growth #creativity #innovation #logic #theaccidentialceo #writtenbyme Thanks to the wonderful Miki Chiu for my brand makeover. Much better than my attempt :) ??

3 个月“Staying curious”. I love that Jenny Burns! When faced with a sea full of people at an event or gathering, checklist in hand, either written or in our heads, we forget how to really find out about the people we meet. Accidental conversations can lead to the most interesting opportunities.
