The power of dreaming big? I really can't stress this enough. Sometimes we undermine ourselves, we think we’re not good enough to start the thing we love doing. Whatever good enough means. When you have had previous employers micromanage you develop an earned appreciation for those that do not. Those are the employers from which you can have a career.
