What makes high-performing #internalcommunication teams? I recently had the privilege of exploring this with ABB Process Automation’s Global Internal Communications team during their annual meet. A big thank you to Alexander Efimov for inviting me to run a workshop and host an Ask Me Anything session with such a curious and committed group. This team stands out for embodying key traits of high performers: - investing in their growth - challenging the status quo, and, - continuously seeking ways to improve. It’s inspiring to see internal communications teams prioritize initiatives like this to strengthen their craft and drive meaningful impact. Kudos to Alex and the team for creating a space that encourages learning and growth! Sarbani Haldar Danielle D'Silva Paulina Myszkowski
What an amazing week - my first visit to India and our first face-to-face meeting of the internal communications leaders of ABB Process Automation. With the constantly increasing role of Internal Communications in the organization, there are high expectations for communications professionals to drive employee engagement, ensure strategic alignment, and foster change. Many thanks, Sarbani Haldar, Sabita Nair, Danielle D'Silva, Mariam Fatima Islam, Akash Vadanan, Kristine M?ller, and Paulina Myszkowski, for the warm welcome and great discussions. We were also honored to have our colleagues from Digital Marketing - Manik Kote, Vinod M., @Harish Padubidri and Gagandeep Chhabra - to share their invaluable expertise on how we can better measure our success. A special thanks to Aniisu K Verghese Ph.D. for being our external speaker, providing a comprehensive overview of current trends in internal communications, and demonstrating how internal communications can add value to our business leaders. Our visits to the Customer Experience Center and our factory in Peenya were highlights that will stay with me for years. It was so great to catch up with so many colleagues in person, including our teammates in communications - Mythri Gangaiah, Remedia Fernandes, Shalakha Punekar, and Ashritha R. You rock! ?? This meeting would have been impossible without the support of our leaders. A big thanks to Cecilie Heavens, Claudia Lind, Ninna Arponen, Stefania Piantoni, and Joanne Woo for providing us with the opportunity to meet in person. As a team, we appreciate it and now are full of energy and commitment to enhancing our internal communications and driving it further for ABB Process Automation.
