Last Friday. I had a wonderful experience attending the IIBA Poland Chapter IIBA Poland Summit from a IIBA? Brussels Chapter. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Agnieszka Balcerzak, CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, AAC, CCA, CBDA, CPOA for her exceptional leadership. Your ability to guide the event with such beautiful feminine energy made a lasting impression on all of us. Your passion and warmth created an inspiring atmosphere Agnieszka, and I truly appreciated the insights and connections that emerged from the discussions. Thank you for making the conference not only successful but also memorable! ?? Hereby my insights: 1. Opening from Pawe? Sidorowicz and Agnieszka Balcerzak, CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, AAC, CCA, CBDA, CPOA "Dream big ?? , talk with people and never stop searching ??♀? for a new beginning" in your work as BA. 2. Adrian Reed in his speech "From skepticism to advocacy" By embracing a perspective rooted in the experiences of individual personas, we can effectively highlight the true value we offer to our customers. This approach not only deepens our understanding of their needs and desires but also enables us to tailor our solutions in a way that resonates profoundly with them. 3. Ewelina Kurasz in the speech about (Mis)communication showed that trust is difficult to gain and easy to lose, so "do what you say and say what you do" as a BA. 4. With Adam Kowalewski - Wim Hof Method Instructor, we could all together try the breath techniques of Wim Hof and feel incredibly calm in just a few minutes! Did you know that ice-baths can increase the level of dopamine in our brain to 300%?! It was a big surprise to see you Eliza Lig?za again! I really enjoyed walking thru the conference together with you again (and looking forward to Salsa-Party one time together ?? ??

4 个月As analysts, or humans in general, we can learn a lot of hard and soft skills, but with trust isn't that easy. It's something taking a combination of several different factors; not only related to who we are, our core values, what we do, how we communicate but also how we're being perceived based on the actions happening while and after we committed to something. So yes, it's taking time and effort to build trust, yet it can be lost very quickly.
