If you're still relying on "Location, Location, Location," to bring you a reliable influx of new clients, you might be in trouble. The pandemic kinda blew that precept right out of the water. Having access to providers all over the world empowered our clients and team members to expect more out of us and we were suddenly held to a higher standard than just "being the only one in the neighborhood." As humans, we essentially want the same core things in one form or another - to be seen, heard, and understood. The last thing you want to do is create an opportunity for your ideal clients to question whether or not you understand what matters most to them. Take the time to leverage every aspect of your brand messaging to articulate your values, amplify your mission and highlight the amazing humans who create the culture your clients can expect when they work with you or your team. I encourage anyone, whether you represent a large organization or wear all the hats of your one-person show, to have the courage and intentionality to wear your heart on your sleeve and adorn your core values as a badge of honor.
