ANNOUNCEMENT ‘ 12D_ Deming Study Circle (Batch1 ) ‘ , organised by DrM . , under the guidance & mentorship of Balaji S Reddie , to study ‘ 12 DAYS TO DEMING ‘ (an active_learning course developed by Dr Henry Neave - https://lnkd.in/dnXmn645 ) concluded , today, October 29th , 2024 . The 12D_Deming Study Circle ( Batch 1 ) members were : Rajkumar Annamalai ( India) Mohammad Jaid Alam ( Saudi Arabia) Mohamed Mousa ( Egypt) Ashok Kumar J ( India) Neepa Mehta ( India) Nitin Ganeshan ( India) Ashok Menon ( India) Ryan Packer ( USA ) The 2 nd BATCH of ‘ 12D_Deming Study Circle ‘ , is tentatively scheduled , to start in November 2024 . The enrolment form, with date of commencement:day : time will be notified on DrM . ‘s LinkedIn page during the 1st week of November 2024 The Course is FREE. Thanks DrM . for getting this group together! And thanks Balaji S Reddie for guiding us through the course and sharing so much of your experiences! From the Red Bead Experiment, the Funnel Experiment and Understanding Variation, to diving deep into A System of Profound Knowledge, and many topics in between, it has opened my eyes. As Deming said, I hope we can continue to learn, to make a difference and to have fun!

Thanks DrM .for organizing the circle. Your dedication made it happen.. Balaji S Reddie's experience and teaching provided me with deep knowledge. I learned a lot, but never stop, about Deming's system thinking.
