It's been an interesting and insightful day at the Home and Community Care Ireland conference & awards in Dungarvan. ?? Fantastic panel discussion with Natalie-Jane East talking about her experience digitising her care organisation, hosted by James Maynard & Adrian Foley. ?? Updates & discussion on the regulatory landscape and demographic challenges / opportunities. ??? Interesting keynote from Mary Butler TD - Minister of State for Mental Health & Older People. It was fantastic to see real engagement with providers in the room. I'd love to see more of this top-level engagement on the other side of the sea!
