The trajectory of startups is never linear and there’s a lot that goes on behind the curtains. I think the stakeholder mindset is firstly knowing and deciding that you have to do the right thing. Compliance and accountability is a game for the long haul and crucial for sustainability in the startup world. I recall the Sam Bankman-Fried story a couple of years ago. A lot to glean from that story but it all boils down to the right stakeholder perspective of choosing to do the right thing.
