Success is climbing the ladder without losing sight of your well-being on every rung. ?? well said ??
This reminds me of someone I know well who works and works, gets way less sleep than necessary, and has no time for activities or people outside of work. It's truly sad because I don't think he is seeing red flags.
This really resonates with me Tom, and the advice is spot on. Sometimes I meditate instead of going for a run - and I know the endorphins from the run would be more beneficial, but I also know that being present and calm will help me more long term
Success should elevate you, not drain you. Protect your well-being as you climb—it's the true measure of achievement.
I agree that success should feel good, not just look good. It's important to remember that success is not just about achieving goals, but also about maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Love the prioritising sleep and rest.
Couldn't agree more Tom. Chasing success shouldn't mean sacrificing our well-being. Staying true to ourselves while climbing the ladder is the real achievement. We gotta keep our health in check, too.
