The exams are conducted quarterly, but for working professionals juggling jobs, families, and other commitments, attempting to cram the entire syllabus in the final two weeks before the exam is a recipe for disaster. I've witnessed countless students re-sitting the same paper multiple times or even giving up altogether due to a lack of structured preparation. Instead of this counterproductive approach, it's crucial to step back and formulate a workable plan that aligns with your available time. Spread your learning over six to nine months, dedicating consistent effort to grasp the concepts thoroughly. Rushing through the material at the last minute is akin to trying to learn swimming while drowning – it's simply impossible to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge effectively. hey everyone, I am thrilled to share with you that I had successfully cleared my last skill level exam (TX) and completed my half journey of becoming an ACCA. Although, this was not as much as difficult as I thought at the starting, once you start learning with sincerity then the path become less complicated by their own. There are few things that helped me a lot to smoothly complete my skill level exams 1. Consistency. The consistency is the main key, studying consistently for everyday for about 3-4 hours is more than sufficient in my view. Just make sure that these hours are filled with deep work, no distractions! 2. Focusing on revision. At the very starting, I used to focus more on kit questions rather than revisions and book reading. But when i entered in skill exams, I started focusing more on revision and it delivers me great results. 3. Indulging in any physical activity. It improved my focus level and also physical fitness is very necessary. So that's it, these are some ways that I implemented in my part qualification Journey to smoothly crack my all exams. As an Awarding Organisation we have spoken to the regulator, Ofqual, and will continue to liaise with them. This is a complex situation, and we will continue to provide further updates on our social media platforms when we are able. Whilst we await further information, we are here to support learners who have been impacted. If you are a learner registered with Options Skills Ltd and are currently undertaking an EAL qualification with this centre, we can facilitate support arrangements. Strategy that helped me to clear my ACCA Exams. 1. Kaplan Study Text: I used Kaplan study text as it has detailed content provided me with a robust understanding of each topic, facilitating clarity and comprehension. 2. Exam kit: As a quote says "practise makes the process successful", I diligently worked through exam kit questions to understand how the examination team is presenting the answers. This process not only highlighted areas of weakness but also enabled me to reinforce my understanding by revisiting and revising those concepts that I was lacking. 3. Free YouTube videos: I started watching videos on paper presentation and also how to gain professional skills tips that are available on YouTube at no cost. 4. CBE Platform : As soon as I gained grip on the concepts, tips and tricks given by various tutors, I started giving the mocks under time constraints, usually 2hrs 45mins. 5. Examiners Report's: It is also very important to go through past 2 quaters examiner's report, to analyse the weakness and strengths and what the team is expecting. 6. Technical Articles: I just glanced through the Technical Articles as the content in the Technical Articles are almost similiar to the content in the Study Text. This holistic approach proved successful in helping me clear all ACCA papers on my first attempt excluding APM.
