Last Saturday’s Product Camp was (insert all the great adjectives here)! There is such a buzz in the room when you have this mass of people together and especially when they are sharing their experiences & knowledge with each other. There’s so many people that contribute into the day. Our volunteers who start months ahead with reflecting back on last year’s feedback to see how we can improve on the day and planning out everything. These folks are joined by additional volunteers who help out on the day to guide & make things run smoothly.?Our sponsors who make it entirely possible - and make sure no one is hangry. And everyone who decides to spend an entire Saturday talking about all the things that go into making products & how to have a better time doing that work. This includes the 31 people who suggested a talk & then had the suspense of not knowing if they would get enough votes to actually present. We will post a summary up on https://lnkd.in/gawaDEK8 and there’s lots here on LI to check out.?Have a look at #pcampmelb #productcamp #productmanagement #prodmgmt We would like to thank:? My first unconference at ProductCamp Amsterdam was incredible! Not only did I get to see Marty Cagan live, but I also had the chance to host one of the largest sessions. Honestly, I didn’t quite know what to expect going in. But when I saw that Marty was speaking, I knew I had to attend. I've been a fan of his work for a decade. His talk on the product operating model was great. I love how he brings together global best practices in a way that’s approachable yet visionary, especially for Dutch companies. The quality of questions and interactions was impressive. Amsterdam really feels like the place to be for product, and the international energy takes the conversations to the next level. And maybe the fact that the event was on a Saturday helped too. People were truly eager to learn and connect. I also took a leap and decided to pitch my own session. With five minutes to prepare, and a bit of support from Amanj Hamid, I went on stage for a Show & Tell on "Product Analytics: Which tools to use, why, and how to integrate them into your processes." The session ended up with the second most votes, so I found myself on the main stage improvising in front of a big audience! I think it went pretty well and it definitely got me excited to share more on this topic. #Product #ProductManagement #PCampAMS

Hi Everyone, This is the learning from Week 7 of the Fellowship Product Management Program by Growjunction Topic: Business Case Understanding My learnings from this module: 1. Critiquing Design: Design critiques are meant to improve a design by providing constructive feedback.?They can help ensure that a design meets business objectives and user needs. Ideal design can be: 1. Innovative 2. Makes a product useful 3. Aesthetic 4. Understandable 5. Unobtrusive 6. Honest 7. Long-lasting 8. Thorough down to the last detail 9. Environmentally friendly 10. As little design as possible 2. CIRCLES Method: It stands for Comprehend the Situation, Identify the Customer, Report Customer's need, Cut through Prioritization, List down solutions, Evaluate Trade-offs and Summarize your Recommendation. It is used to develop a new feature as well as for product feature improvement. example: Adding new feature like Adding UPI method to add money in mobikwik wallet can be developed using CIRCLES method. 3. Metrics and Estimates: It's a tool used to evaluate the success of a product feature. PIRATE and HEART framework can be used to evaluate the success of a product. Estimate is like Guesstimates which means to get rough idea about product scalability to solve any problem or developing any new feature. example: Evaluate how many calls gmail gets in a second. Phew! It’s been a very practical week at the Digital Product Academy by Tadora HQ. Week Two had our students rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty. They’ve learnt: - How to structure their digital products - How to create and push the MVP for their digital product - How to create an ebook from scratch - How to create an online course - How to design simple flyers and covers for their digital product - How to use AI tools to fast-track the process - Etc. They’ve gotten their assignment for the week and I’m eager to see what they’ll come up with. One unique thing about the Digital Product Academy is that we’ve made it practical and actionable. Students are learning and implementing right away. We are not just dishing out fluffs and theories. Rather, we are getting to the nitty-gritty. It’s like a paint-and-sip class where you don’t just sit back and watch. Rather, you roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and create something tangible in real-time. It's that program where you walk away with your masterpiece. Want to know about the next cohort? Visit www.tadorahq.com to sign up for our newsletter.

?? Celebrating the Wrap-Up of Our Final Product Strategy Cohort of 2025! Over the past 6 weeks, this incredible group has been part of our ‘Master Product Strategy’ programme, diving deep into what it means to craft and execute effective product strategies over six weeks. From understanding the nuances of growth strategies vs product-market fit expansion to building confidence in stakeholder alignment, this cohort has genuinely embraced the challenge. Here’s what some of our participants had to say: ?? “Learning how to put all the pieces of a strategy together. It’s already helping give some structure to my work and I can see it’s going to make it a lot easier to communicate it to others.” ?? “Learning about growth strategy vs product-market fit expansion strategy was an ‘aha’ moment for me! It’s given me a new perspective on how I view the decisions we’re making.” ?? “Everything about it was fantastic! From the content, to the instructor, to the format and supporting tools. Every session was valuable and it seemed like we covered a lot of ground in 6 weeks. It has given me confidence around what I should be focused on when building strategy and confirmed the need to get key stakeholders involved early.” A huge thank you to this group for their energy, insights, and commitment to leveling up their skills with Colab co-founder and instructor Toby Delamore. You’ve shown what it means to think strategically and collaboratively, and we can’t wait to see how you apply these lessons in the real world! Jasmin Pihema, Leigh-ann Verrell, Tatjana Gohlich, Jess Chilcott, Jaz Wilkinson, Hayden Briscoe, Kylie Hill, Bill Chien, Margaret Gascoine, Grace Fox. Here’s to closing 2025 on a high note and gearing up for even more impactful programs next year! ?? ?? Applications open to join this cohort in early 2025 - apply here. https://lnkd.in/g5iH-6V5
