8 个月To Sennheiser Management .. I have had the worst experience dealing with the Sennheiser India Team. They lost my invoice sent to their service center and hence refused to replace or repair my brand new Head Phone ( bought from Singapore airport T3). After many requests they sent my old head phone back to my home and washed their hands off.They have stopped responding now? Is this the way Sennheiser India deals with their customers , hope some one shall address this and reach out to me.. btw why would a defective head phone be sold in the first place . Tks
