The Hefei National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, for example, is becoming a major hub for R&D and tech-driven industries. c. Government Support and Talent: With strong backing from the government, Anhui offers incentives for businesses to set up operations. It also boasts a growing talent pool, partly due to top universities and research institutions like the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), known for leading innovations in tech and science.
