I recently had the opportunity to browse and learn the materials of the course 'Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles' by Harvard University. A wonderful opportunity to reflect not only on leadership but also on how to build trust on the basis of values and knowledge, and how to maintain and nurture trust in times of change while managing to orchestrate conflict constructively.?And above all, a consideration about the crucial importance of interpersonal relationships: 'You can't do it by yourself. You can't lead alone'.
