At our Entrepreneurship Awareness Drive, a collaborative event with Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, we welcomed three distinguished speakers who shared their invaluable experiences and insights on entrepreneurship. The event drew an enthusiastic crowd of around 300 students eager to learn from industry leaders. ? Mr. Sanjay Behl, CEO & Executive Director of Greaves Electric Mobility and co-founder of Nextqore Inc., spoke about the key considerations when choosing between a corporate career and entrepreneurship. He highlighted the balance between stability and the thrill of building something new, providing practical advice on turning ideas into successful products that solve real-world problems. Mr. Behl also shared how his experiences across various top companies, like HUL and Reliance, shaped his journey and decisions as a leader. ?? Mr. Purushottam Kaushik, Head of the Center for Fourth Industrial Revolution at the World Economic Forum India, brought his expertise from leadership roles at L&T, McKinsey, and Cisco. He focused on the importance of strategy and innovation, especially in the context of smart cities and infrastructure, offering insights on driving transformation in large-scale projects.
