Audacious goals are scary. I know from experience. However, I've learned that when a big and innovative idea comes to mind, especially if it's something you have never done before but you have a feeling it's going to be fantastic...all you need to do to overcome that initial fear is to START by taking that first logical step. For me, it's been putting pen to paper to flesh out the initial idea, and recruiting people in my inner circle to serve as sounding boards and collaborators to help take that first step with me. After going through this exercise so many times throughout the years, I'm able to dispel the jitters and step into any project with confidence from the get-go.
