CIO’s and Tech Partners: combine thinking & forces! How often do we see this go wrong? Tech suppliers and Tech users (=CIO’s) thinking differently, not sharing their thoughts, leading to misaligned teams, leading to suboptimal or even dramatic outcomes… The solution: simply trusting and understanding each other. Align (y)our thinking, sharing what works well (and what doesn’t!) for both sides on the table, investing time to get to know each other… it can be as simple as that!
