We are beyond excited to announce the launch of a groundbreaking three-year research initiative at Lotus STEMM, funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE). This transformative project aims to uncover the unique barriers faced by South Asian women in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine) and create actionable solutions for a more inclusive, supportive future.
Why does this matter?
South Asian women in STEMM encounter challenges that often go unnoticed. Through this research, we’ll amplify their voices, highlight lived experiences, and build resources that foster equity and inclusion across Canada. Together, we can create spaces where women in STEMM are not just participants but leaders and innovators.
How can YOU be part of this change?
