I always know that leadership is not my biggest strength and its proven when i took the strength test during our first Leadership training for ID Integrated (IDI) Group. Leadership is an ongoing journey, and I'm committed to continually improving my skills to be a better leader and teammates. Recently, I had the pleasure of attending our first leadership training retreat with ID Integrated Group in Batam. This was not only our first training session but also the first meet-up for senior management across our four countries. We had the privilege of engaging with The MindGem, led by the incredible Ratna Juita and Stuart Tan MSc., MBA Their training methods were truly mind-blowing, emphasizing the immense power of the mind and the impact of our words. I'm thrilled to apply these insights and look forward to our next training session especially for the rest of our team. Continuous learning and growth are key to effective leadership! ???
