When will a 4 day work week be the norm?? It is inevitable that it will happen at some point, BUT WHEN? When will employers (and the government) see the productivity improvements from the extensive trials that have been conducted? They clearly show a marked increase in wellbeing, employee satisfaction, reduced illness, and significantly lower attrition rates! My guess is 5 years. This makes me sad.
