I enjoyed your episode today. There were some excellent takeaways for me as an educator. I share your view on the flip classroom. I wish this would be more popular, but institutions must change their thinking. I use this quite a bit in the adult education/training environment, and even there, I get some pushback.

I hope our conversation encourages big-hearted leaders to let go of the (many) things that may be holding them back. We don't have to choose between mission and money; I wish I hadn't spent so many years believing this was the case. Here's to challenging the status quo with heart, power, and meaning! ?
