We’re underway at #SEDC2024

#CCW2024 is coming to a close, and my main takeaway is that providers must enhance efforts to ensure users fully utilize their subscribed tech. During product demos at the event, I noted a recurring theme. On multiple occasions in the past two days, existing customers shared that they were unaware of newly released features and capabilities they didn't know existed. It isn't enough to inboard a client and implement their solution based on their initial requirements. We need periodic reviews to make sure that there aren't new features that can make the solutions better. While CCW is ending, I'll be around until tomorrow.
