Our inaugural Customer Steering Group surpassed all our expectations and we were blown away by the energy and collaborative discussion from everyone involved, as we explored the topic of workforce management software in construction. ?? ? We have always championed customer centricity and our ability to understand and solve our customer’s challenges. It is important to acknowledge that as we have grown as a business, so has the need to evolve how we keep our customers informed and included in our journey together. Our Customer Steering Group is just one part of that journey. ? As well as collaboration with the Biosite R&D, Customer Experience and Key Accounts teams, it was brilliant to see the cross-collaboration between our customer representatives – for them to have the chance to share their experiences, using the Biosite system, or in general in their roles, and be heard and understood amongst an open and receptive peer group. ? This is the first of many customer engagement events we are planning and we can’t wait to include more of our simply amazing customers! ?? ?
