I don’t believe this is intentional but short sighted in our world of get it done, instant gratification. Companies that don’t take the time to train and delegate effectively will eventually burn out their top talent and leave themselves, not with incapable but an incompetent workforce. Those that train, retain, those that don’t will eventually fade away.
