In fact, overworking employees leads to burnout, decreased morale, and even lower output. I find this relatable to myself who often works using the Pomodoro Method As leaders and managers , here’s how you can foster a healthier work-life balance for your team: ??Set realistic expectations and avoid the “always-on” culture. ?? Encourage regular breaks and time off without guilt. ??Model balanced behaviour yourself—don’t send late-night emails or expect after-hours replies u less you team know you take valued time off.
