Feeling inspired after a fantastic update with the Biosite Systems Ltd UK production team, which started as a routine health and safety inspection and quickly turned into a journey of discovery, shining a spotlight on some remarkable efforts. ? I was met with an atmosphere of diligence and dedication, with meticulous adherence to safety protocols and continuous improvement, combined with pride and passion by each member of the team. ? I witnessed a number of initiatives for workflow optimisation, covering waste reduction, recycling, health, safety and wellbeing, sourcing, right first time and manufacturing process improvements. All this whilst operating business as usual in a fast-paced environment. ? Well done, team! Thank you for your hard work and positive, proactive attitude. Feeling very proud!?
