Had an incredible conversation with Shawn French on his podcast, the Determined Society. We went deep into topics around leadership, productivity and mindset. Some of my favorite points were: Your personal worth is connected to the value you bring to others. If you believe in the value of what you have to offer, you have an obligation to share it. Authenticity is key in making an impact. When you speak from your soul and gut, you connect with others on a deeper level. Feedback and coaching are essential for personal growth. Surround yourself with people who will challenge and push you to reach your full potential. Executing ideas requires strategic planning and focus. Break down your goals into manageable chunks and create a strategy to implement them. Partnerships and collaborations can help you achieve greater success. Don't be afraid to bring in others who excel in areas where you may struggle. Understanding your role in an organization is crucial for productivity. Productivity tips include time blocking, minimizing distractions, and creating an optimal schedule. Creating a culture of humanity leads to better work and results. This morning I was listening to a podcast on #Spotify that talked about something we come across in our daily lives and tend to not pay much attention to! The idea and concept of "Be the #Reflection". In the podcast, the podcaster mentioned simple yet impactful scenarios that can be of help when it comes to the growth and analysis of oneself or a business. ?? Analyze your tasks daily. Being into your respectful jobs and businesses, we tend to be occupied most of the time with loads of work. And there are times when we think that a lot is happening but cannot see the desired results. That's because working continuously without analyzing is a robotic stress you are giving yourself. Take time to analyze what is going right or wrong and alter your tasks as per it. It will create a balance in your work. ?? Face your consequences. Don't be in a dilemma of doing things that you feel are right. It is not necessary for you to think or believe is going to be 100% in your favor. What sounds, feels, or is right to you, might not be the same to your colleague or teammates. Always be open to rejections or disagreements. That not only helps you understand someone else's POV but also pushes you to think in a way you did not. Rights or wrongs are accepted, learned, and move forward. ?? You are your reflection. Choose wisely. Your actions are your biggest flex. You choose them and build them throughout your journey. Only looking up to someone isn't going to help you be of how they are succeeding.
