In light of International Women’s Day we would like to take the time to honour the incredible contributions of women in engineering, innovation, and beyond. At PFA Consulting we recognise the invaluable role that women play in shaping the future. To our engineers, secretaries, finance professionals, and every role in between, your dedication and contributions are the foundation of our success. Whether it's crafting innovative solutions, warmly welcoming visitors, or diligently maintaining our financial health, each of you plays an integral role in shaping the fabric of our company. At PFA Consulting we would like to name drop these women. We have Dawn Ashby and Michelle Baynton on reception. Our secretaries are the backbone of our daily operations, seamlessly managing administrative tasks and providing crucial support to every department. We’re fortunate to have Becky Cox in our Transport department, whose inspiring passion for cycling and sustainable transportation extends beyond her role at PFA Consulting. Her unwavering enthusiasm and tireless efforts are paving the way towards a brighter, greener tomorrow. We also have Rebecca Smith, Stephanie Cosgrove, and Imogen Stevenson in our Flood Risk and Water Management Team. They play a pivotal role within our water management division, working on a variety of projects ranging from solar farms to housing developments. We have Gilly Thomas, our Graphics Consultant, whose expertise in her field really does enable each and every drawing, figure and plan to ‘speak a thousand words’! We have Julie Pugh, our Finance Manager, whose attention to detail and dedication are the bedrock of our financial operations. Julie handles all aspects of finance, from invoicing to timesheets and beyond, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial systems. And we have Sue Owens, our long serving internal auditor and administrator. Sue's diligent work ensures compliance with regulations and maintains the integrity of our internal processes.
