February 12, 2024 ? Here are three articles I came across last week that have valuable lessons for leadership, purpose, and expression. The lessons for leadership may not immediately stand out or be instantly apparent, making themselves known all at once, because lessons can range from the loud, obvious, and obnoxious to the subtle, unassuming, and hidden. ? The considerations of each article: ? 1.?Questioning Your Wisdom 2.?Fear Can Drive Us Forward 3.?Getting Back On Track Honorable Mention: ? Phrases Of Unhappiness ? Honorable Mention: ? Your Biggest Weakness ? Okay…A Leadership Article: ? Increasing Leadership Credibility ? What Do YOU Think?: ? A Retirement Goodbye Note ? The Fragments Of Who You Are ? ReSearch Your World: ? Assuming The Worst In Others A Graphic Find: ? 10 Signs Of A Toxic Work Culture ? Follow-Up On Past Editions ? Toxic Workplace ? Emotions ? Creativity Although the articles referenced not all "leadership" related per se, they can all apply to leadership, in terms of how you present yourself, navigate through life and work, and move, impact, inspire, and appreciate others. Gestures, speeches, action, inaction, decisions, announcements, etc. They all tie in. ? Lessons are everywhere.
You become the stories you tell yourself. I like “phrases of unhappiness” ??
