I'm looking to hire a Chief of Staff at Align By Design. This person will work very closely with me and the idea is to create systems, playbooks and teams as we grow. I feel young folks from a liberal arts/ economics/ journalism/ marketing background will find this easier. Exposure to work environments/ consulting industry will help. This is not just for those in my network; it will be useful for children of some of my friends; and their friends. If they are looking for a solid foundation for their career, this should be of interest. I work from home and believe this can be done remotely with a fair overlap of timezones. But I'm willing to consider working from a co-working space if that's what it will take to make my CoS successful. I have deliberately set a high bar for entry so that I know whoever applies is really interested. This approach is something that worked wonderfully when we were trying to hire for some roles at CTQ. Hat tip to Saurabh for inspiration for many questions in the Google form.
Sounds like an amazing opportunity for young professionals looking to build a solid foundation for their career!
Am I too old? ?? On a serious note, keep flying higher
Sounds like a great opportunity for motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and make an impact!
Finding the right fit for your company is essential! Good luck with the hiring process.

9 个月Update on Feb 22: we have closed this opening but as we bring more order to our chaos, we will be hiring for more roles to work closely with me/ Sirisha that are going to be similarly scary (in a BHAG-sense and not necessarily about who they will work with :)). And our process for hiring will be similar.
