Innovation drives efficiency, and there is always space to innovate! Bravo to the RR Kabel “Sankalp” team, that won the 2nd Runner-Up Award in the recently concluded 10th Edition of CII’s Gujarat State Level ‘Quality Control Circle Competition 2024’.? Their Study - “Reduction in Packing Error by 90%” helped to formulate a methodology to make packing of RR Kabel’s products extremely efficient and productive. Mr. Smeet Kulkarni, Mr. Kaumil Patel, Mr. Mayur Patil & Ms. Yashasvi Srivastava from the Waghodia (WCD Plant) Quality Team made a real impact on the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) judges. Their white paper presentation was accepted into the final round where they made a presentation in front of esteemed jury members of the CII. They were finally awarded the 2nd Runner-up award from among 24 teams present from around the state. Special thanks to their mentors, Mr. RANADIP BHAUMIK (AGM-Techcell) & Mr. Himansu Kumar Maharana (Mgr-Techcell) for their guidance and support throughout. And to Mr. Saurin Shah (Learning Team) for his active coordination throughout the event.
