Recommend to your known friends: In case, you can not. Try recommending in your circle. Anyways, they will be considered on need and merit. 3. Offer assistance during professional challenges or setbacks, providing a helping hand when needed. 4. Networking assistance: Introduce them to relevant contacts or help in internship, Job or Career progress 4. Project Collaboration opportunities: Include them in projects or initiatives that align with their professional goals. 6.
