As a child we all believed in SantaClaus. As we grow up, we get a chance to be someone's Santa and be the reason for others to believe in goodness. 1. Say Yes only if you want to or can : People write with lots of expectation and emotion attached to it. Say yes if you can or want to. A no is better than false hope. 2. Recommend to your known friends: In case, you can not. Try recommending in your circle. Anyways, they will be considered on need and merit. 3. Provide mentorship: Share your expertise and guidance to help someone navigate their professional or personal challenge. Offer assistance during professional challenges or setbacks, providing a helping hand when needed. 4. Networking assistance: Introduce them to relevant contacts or help in internship, Job or Career progress 4. Skill-sharing: Share your knowledge and skills to help them enhance their professional capabilities. 5. Project Collaboration opportunities: Include them in projects or initiatives that align with their professional goals. 6. Advocate for recognition: Acknowledge and promote their achievements within the professional community. 7. Career advice: Provide insights and advice on career paths, industry trends, and potential opportunities. We have not lived our worth until we have done something for someone who can never repay.
